Jules Bankhead

Jules Bankhead, a self described Business Enthusiast, is passionate about helping aspiring leaders, business owners, and entrepreneurs achieve their personal and professional goals through mentoring, ministry, and mindset.

Jules spent over 20 years influencing systemic and organizational change in both the public and private sectors before deciding to take ownership of her life. In 2016, Jules took an amazing leap of faith and left a promising career to pursue her goal of starting a business that would ultimately become a legacy for her family. Since then she’s launched several successful business ventures that have further increased her capacity to create change within organizations and gained a phenomenal understanding of the key components needed to create a self-sustaining business from idea to implementation.

Jules is currently the the Managing Partner of Intrinsic Consulting Group, CEO of Intrinsic Home Care, and Co-CEO of Intrinsic Property Group located in Chicago, IL where she resides with her family. She holds a holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development in addition to several certifications and certificates of advanced studies. She is an active member of Bright Star Church Chicago, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and a certified member of the John Maxwell Team.
